Leave meifeng

 Today was the last day that we stay at meifeng farm. so we had decided to do our alpine training and see the sunrise this morning.So we got up at 4:00 am , we ran at the darkness. it was amazing. I never do this before. we enjoyed the fresh air and the beautiful morning scenery. Mr wujianhan made a introduction about saideke tribe and hunting traps after we finished our breakfast. First ,we watch a movie about saideke, it is a moved movie about saideke tribe fight against the japanese enemy without any fear. then ,we went outside to learn how to be a hunter. Mr wu is a aboriginal who is very good at hunting ,he taught us how to catch the wild bull,it was amazing.after that ,we package all our stuff and leave the meifeng farm ,then we headed to chunyang Sub-farm and knew some knowledge about the Tomatoes harvesting and introduction of tomato planting ,we picked two tomatoes for each. After that, we headed to the shuili wood Utilization Center and check in.
          At night,we had a lecture about ruban lock , traced back to qing dynasty ,ruban lock was already invented ,it was said that it can lock everything

the lock is definitely difficult to combine it ,we all took a lot of time to know how it works. and we had a competition that who combined it faster ,who would win the prize (a baseball pat ) at last , vico won the prize due to his fast speed.

early to get up, late to sleep

     we got up early to do bird watching, it was an amazing day, there are almost 300 kinds of birds in taiwan, of which there are more than 100 birds in meifeng farm. if  you want see the birds ,you should bring your telescope and you can see them clearly.but it didn't look like what we thought before. because birds moved very quickly and swiftly . we couldn't catch up the speed. so we just saw two kinds of birds. after breakfast ,the guide led us to walk around the meifeng farm. then we had a lecture about table waste Composting and Organic vegetable by pro.liulixue ,he said he had been in taiwan for about 30 years,he introduced his own research about the Organic vegetable and the soil pollution .i like it very much.because i used to do some soil research about soil. After that,we plugged the planting and made the sugar-beet harvesting and juice by ourselves .
     At night, we prepared to do our insect observation ,it was really excited. we saw a lot of beautiful insects ,such as"mantis,stag beetle,watermelon caterpillar". and knew a lot of knowledge about  insects.

Alpine hiking

       It was the second day that we stayed at Taroko National Park. Today was a very interesting day. we went hiking at Shakadang Trail. On the way there, there were many tunnels, it made the trip more interesting. Finally, we arrived at water curtain cave, it was amazing! We wetted all my stuff, I was very interested at how it became a water curtain cave. Due to a crack created by the waterfall, it became water curtain cave over time. At night, we headed to the Meifeng farm. It is a beautiful farm which is located in the center of Taiwan at about 2014m. We breathed the fresh air and enjoyed the delicious food.

Today was really a tough day, we went hiking at highest mountain called hehuan mountain. It was hard for us to breath comfortably, so we all felt exhausted. we did a lot jump shots and we felt excited.

 After we left our breakfast in hualian ,we headed to the most famous place called Taroko National Park,it is marvelous ,we walked the shakadang Trail

we can see many hiker hiking there for their adventure,something suddenly something happened.

 A poor dear almost died ,many people gathered and ready to help this animal , it was really impressed me a lot ,most of people are warn-hearted,we should keep our nature balance and safe .

 We finished our breakfast then we headed to the king car Orchid Park and the guide told us a lot about the phalaenopsis .And we went to ORchid Green house. we saw a lot of plants

this is elephant ear ,Generally speaking ,it will take almost 20 years that can bloom , it is really amazing, there are a lot of kind of plants here.

the plant we called "dancing plant"because it looks like a dancer ,it is really beautiful.then we went to a beautiful bridge and qingshui Cliff . it is definitely a beautiful place

At last, we check in the hualian international hotel .we had a delicious diner here

leave TaiBei

    It  was  the first day that we leave TaiBei , we packed all of our staff and prepared to leave. it was really a beautiful day . Sun shinning and we headed to the Gold Ecological Park .we saw a lot of  things .it was free time that we took a lot of photos do some jump shot.

we saw many japanese style buildings and saw the coast line along the pacific ocean 。Then we headed to the jiufeng vilage , it was a  amazing and ancient place where we can buy and eat everything here.I ate the taro ,it was really delicious .we can see every solder is kind .they were warn-hearted.

At night ,we headed to shifen village.it is a quiet nice place to live .we enjoyed our dinner there and flied the pink kongming lantern which means happiness and joyful ,we talked a lot about our dream and  our future.

Geology Research

 Yehliu Geopark covers an area of 53 hectares on land and 404 hectares of the surrounding sea ,we learned that each major bed is  itself composed of many thin layers of rocks ,and each bed consists of a different age and type of rock. such as" Mushroom rock , Candle rock, Cute Princess Queen's Head,Icecream rock",i just to want to ask myself how they formed?  All of them is rich in Caco3 and  resistant to weathering  and erosion. we just call that "artificial of Gods".

 After we finished our trip in Yehliu,we headed to Fisheries Research Institute , It was amazing .Basically,it conclude all the marine species .The guide told us that how does the fishery research work?Do some Prevention and treatment of fish diseases ,Utilization of by product. Many product like fish hamburgers ,fish sausages,frozen paste .......

 At night ,we cooked Dumpling by ourselves.we enjoyed it very much . it really awesome .

D.I.Y...ing......

After we finished our Experimental Design lesson,we headed to the Yingge Ceramics Museum which
exhibits as well as ceramics studio. Guide introduced us a lot about:1.  traditional pottery Techniques hall 2.development of taiwan ceramics 3.History of yingge 4.prehistory Ceramics 5 . industrial and hi-tech Ceramics.

I learned a lot about the history of ceramics and how it works.after that we had a chance to making ceramics  by ourselves . it was so funny . we can know the way that ceramics made . I did one for myselves.

I need water

   I just want to say "hot ,hot ,definitely hot",Due to the swam last night , i got sour muscle for hiking 4 hours today. After we saw the summary of the Yangmingshan ,we began our trip. Professor cai and zhong introduced the species along the way , we enjoyed that very much .

Although it was really hot and tired, i was so glad to hiking with my friends .finally ,we reached the main peak (Qixing peak ), wind was so strong that almost  blew me out.

After that ,we headed the BeiTou Hot Spring Museum ,Beitou , one of the first areas in the Taibei city to developed,used to be inhabited by aborigine Ketagalan tribe. Beitou also called Taiwan's Hollywood. In the early days ,Over 100 films were shot in Beitou .It was definitely romantic .

   

Marine biodiversity and adventure

 It was a shining day,we headed to National Museum of Marine Science and technology .what a amazing place it is . There are a lot of Marine species that i  have never seen before.At last ,we moved to a extremely cold place which simulates the deep see environment. we saw big spider crab.....

After that ,Coordinator jack took us to coast intertidal zone ,jack major in marine biodiversity so he told lots of marine species ,we learned a lot .

     Today we woke up earlier and ate special breakfast . Then we went to NTU farm and did some farm practice . it was very funny that i never do it before .All of  us enjoyed it.
    After lunch , we had three lectures  .But the most impressed me was that  the funny story about Science of God and our consciousness by Dr.wang xing .
     Night  frog observation was like night cave exploration.it was too dark to see my fingers .Fortunately we had flashlight. There are almost 50 different species in FuYang garden . but we only found 7 species such as mantis, snake , oliver frog(what a romantic name) , snail spider and so on......we really hope that we would have found more.

funny day

    it was really a funny day .  i met many friends  at  opening ceremony.After that we headed to Gallery of NTU history .There are so many interesting things impressed me a lot .Such as  the animal  called dugong (mermaid).I never thought it  looked like that. ....... Then ,we played a hunt game . We enjoyed ourselves  and learnt a lot about the cooperation.
  After lunch , we had two lectures about the Fauna and  the study of insect of Taiwan .Finally, i knew
why and how a small island could be endowed with such high biodiversity. and i also knew about many special insects such as wasp, stalk-eyed fly and weevil.
 
 
    After dinner, we rented a bicycle and rode almost one and half hour for picnic . 。。。。 litchi , snack banana,and hahaha .............
